During this phase, we will appoint both an underwriter to conduct an underwriting risk review and an actuarial firm to conduct an actuarial feasibility and pricing analysis for the business. A thorough report will be prepared which may serve as a tool for determining whether the business would potentially benefit from establishing an insurance company. This report will be tailored to address the unique risks faced by your business and include recommendations for specific lines of coverages that could be written by the captive, along with corresponding rates of premium to be charged for each line during the captives first year of business. To ensure that the report addresses the risks faced by your business as extensively as possible, we will require a substantial amount of documentation and information regarding the operations of your business such as:

  • Organizational Charts
  • Financial Statements
  • Copies of Commercial Insurance Policies
